Rock Stars and Cars

Many usually see rock stars as individuals who freely express their true emotions in the music that they sing and write, in their attitude, and their fashion sense. They are models of defiance towards society's stereotype of what is "normal", and they do not limit to show this off only on their bodies and songs, but even in their choice of cars.

If you are a die-hard rocker or someone who has a knack for head banging with the loud sound of guitars and drums and is interested in cool rides too, you will definitely be interested in checking out some of the most iconic set of wheels owned by some of the most famous rock stars through the years. You can view these rock star cars on the Internet.

There have also been several exhibits organised to showcase several of these automobiles. One of the highlights of these shows was the psychedelic number of Janis Joplin's 1965 Porsche. It holds the portrait of her band Big Brother and the Holding Company, as well as a mixture of flowers and butterflies, which makes it an epitome of the era of its origins. There was also Elvis Presley's gigantic purple 1975 Lincoln Continental Mark IV and his Italian 1971 DeTomaso Pantera, which is famous for its bullet holes created by the King himself. You can also find Kirk Hammet's gangster-inspired black 1936 Ford Coupe. Metallica's guitar bashing member customised this ride to have a guitar case built into the trunk.

These exhibits can be the perfect venue to find the inspiration to imagine yourself driving your own rock star car, head banging to the tunes of your favourite band and singers.
