Making a Rock and Roll Dressing Table

Go all out as you decorate your child's bedroom by creating a dressing table like the ones you find in a certified rock star's dressing room. If you have the necessary furnishing, you can easily update it by sanding the top surface, applying an initial coat of primer,and then painting on some lacquer. Otherwise, you can buy a lacquered vanity at your nearest home decorating store. As a finishing touch, attach a big mirror on top and then add rows of lights all the way around it.
